Feuding exes Kanye West and Kim Kardashian could both face the possibility of losing custody of their children, according to explosive new claims.
Renowned television personality Dr. Phil has warned that Kardashian may suffer serious consequences due to her former husband’s increasingly erratic behavior and public admiration for Hitler.
Currently, both Kanye West and Kim Kardashian share custody of their four children and co-parent them.
Tensions between the exes escalated when Kardashian reportedly removed their eldest daughter, North, from West’s recording studio upon discovering he had invited the controversial Tate brothers—who face allegations of fraud and sexual assault—to the same session.
Dr. Phil explained the exes could lose custody if the rapper continued his erratic behavior and his ex-wife did nothing.
“If you need an emergency intervention, then you get an emergency intervention,” he said. “What we don’t want is for these children to wind up in foster care because that system is broken.”
He also dismissed the notion Kardashian and West’s superstar statuses could prevent their children from being removed.
“If the (Department of Children and Families) gets involved and thinks one parent isn’t reacting while the other is unstable, they will take them,” he declared. “Now, they’re likely to place them with family members rather than strangers, but you don’t want these children left hanging out to dry.”
Kardashian and West went their separate ways in 2020 after seven years of marriage, finalizing their divorce in 2022.

Adding another layer of tension, the source claimed West’s wife, Bianca Censori, secretly finds the grillz off-putting. “While Bianca tells Kanye the grillz are stylish and make him feel manly, deep down she’s not a fan. She actually finds them pretty gross.”
