Terrence Howard has shared how Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs tried to have sex with him and take his “man card” soon after the disgraced music mogul was hit with new prosecution and sex trafficking allegations.
During his recent appearance on Patrick Bet-David’s PBD Podcast on Friday, April 4, the Empire actor detailed an experience with Combs.

Terrence Howard recounted on the podcast how Sean “Diddy” Combs had persistently invited him over, saying he wanted help with acting. “Puffy invited me for weeks, asking me to come and teach him—he wanted me to be his acting coach for a while,” Howard said.
He went on to describe a particular visit where things started to feel off. “Next thing you know, Diddy asks, ‘Will you help me? I want to hear your music.’ So I come over there and play the music. He’s sitting there, just looking at me.”
Howard then revealed what his assistant told him afterward: “He wants to hang out with you next week,” to which Howard asked, “For what?” His assistant responded, “I think he’s trying to f— you.”
Howard laughed while explaining, “I was like, ‘Oh, ok.’ Now I get it. Now there’s no more communication. Now you know to be hands-off with somebody.”

Howard spoke candidly about how certain celebrities, including Diddy, never believed they’d face consequences for their actions. He also reflected on how fame can take a dark turn for those who give in to manipulation or so-called “grooming” within the industry.
“When you give up your manhood, I’ve never seen anyone come back from that,” he said. “That was everyone who went to those Puffy parties — people who did things thinking there’d never be any consequences. They got used and played because of some bigger, misguided desire.”

Howard told Bet-David, “You shouldn’t let anything come before holding onto your identity as a man. That’s where a lot of actors run into trouble — things get blurry, and once that happens, it’s hard to come back.”
“You lose that grounding,” he continued. “That’s why I believe it’s important to hold onto your integrity — to keep your ‘man card,’ no matter what.”
