A far-right conservative commentator alleged that Joe Biden’s administration knowingly let convicted sex offenders and suspected terrorists remain in the U.S. instead of deporting them.
According to the claim, Biden’s Homeland Security kept this information hidden—until the Trump administration uncovered it.
Conservative journalist Breanna Morello said she had to sue the TSA to access documents she claims prove the Biden administration knowingly released convicted sex offenders into the U.S.
She revealed on Instagram that the previous administration denied the records existed, but the Trump administration later released them.
Morello stated, “The Biden administration imported sex offenders. They let in people who had committed sex crimes abroad—on purpose.”
She added that before releasing them, Homeland Security made these individuals complete a form admitting to their past offenses.
“They were told to enroll in a sexual deviancy counseling program and register as sex offenders within a set time,” she said.
Breanna Morello claims the released aliens had to register as sex offenders within 7 days and send written proof to ICE within 10. This requirement, she said, was detailed in internal DHS forms.
She called it part of a “presidential reclamation project,” criticizing the Biden administration’s attempt to rehabilitate known offenders.
“Apparently, they thought they could reform these people and turn them into productive members of society,” Morello said.
The Department of Homeland Security also instructed agents to notify victims and witnesses of the offenders’ release—raising even more concern about the policy’s impact on public safety.
Morello claimed the issue goes beyond sex offenders—alleging the Biden administration also freed hundreds of known or suspected terrorists.
She cited a bombshell from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who tweeted this week that Mexican cartels and transnational gangs were designated as foreign terrorist organizations under Trump.
Following that move, Gabbard’s team began identifying illegal immigrants tied to those groups.
The National Counterterrorism Center reportedly uncovered up to 1,200 suspected terrorists in the U.S. illegally.
Gabbard added that the NCTC had flagged about 750 individuals with links to MS-13, Tren de Aragua, and the Sinaloa Cartel—passing that intel to law enforcement.
Gabbard said the search isn’t limited to Mexican nationals. The NCTC is also tracking illegal migrants who reportedly used an ISIS-linked smuggling network to slip into the U.S. Their goal: immediate deportation.
Last year, Homeland Security identified 400 illegal foreign nationals released by the Biden administration. These individuals came from Central Asian nations flagged for terror concerns—and were allegedly tied to an ISIS-affiliated smuggling ring.
Now, Breanna Morello wants answers.
She’s demanding to know who approved these releases—and why the Biden administration allegedly buried the truth. She’s also calling for formal Congressional hearings to hold DHS and ICE accountable.
“Joe Biden had no problem releasing sex offenders, terrorists, and the worst human beings in the world into the United States,” Morello said.
