Ashley St. Clair revealed that her child, born in secret in September 2024, is named Romulus.
She claims Elon Musk is the father, though he hasn’t publicly confirmed it.
A paternity test showed a 99.9999% probability of Musk’s fatherhood.
Musk has acknowledged the child’s potential paternity but says he’s unsure, offering St. Clair $2.5 million and $500k annually.
St. Clair refused a $15 million offer with $100,000 monthly child support, claiming Musk’s aide, Jared
Birchall, tried to silence her.
She didn’t want her son to be kept a secret.
Despite Birchall’s warning that legal action could hurt her case.
The conflict became public when St. Clair filed a lawsuit in Manhattan to establish paternity and seek sole custody.
Court documents included private messages from Musk, such as one where he allegedly said, “I want to knock you up again,”
Another where he responded to her meeting request with, “Hmm ok. Well, I do have a legion of kids to make.”
She submitted a photo of Musk holding her son, along with details of their meetings:
The first in NYC on September 21 for two hours, another the next day, and a brief meeting in Austin on November 30.
Musk’s initial online response was a single word: “Whoa.”
St. Clair quickly replied, criticizing him for not responding to their communication and accusing him
of publicly responding to smears instead of addressing their child’s needs.
A rep for St. Clair stated that this wasn’t about money but about protecting their child from a father who couldn’t be relied on.
St. Clair initially kept her child’s parentage private but broke her silence after tabloids began investigating.
In a February post, she confirmed Musk as the father, explaining she had kept it private for her child’s safety.
She asked the media to respect their child’s privacy and stop invasive reporting.
Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Wilson, responded on Tik-Tok, posting a close-up of her eye with the caption, “This is already outdated never mind.”
Wilson, who came out as transgender in 2022, clarified in a comment that she had learned about the news through Reddit and the internet multiple times.
