Andrew Tate’s ex-girlfriend Brianna Stern is shedding light on the awkward love poems the controversial influencer once penned for her, just weeks after she accused him of sexual assault, physical violence, and threats of rape.
On March 11, Brianna Stern alleged that her 38-year-old ex, Andrew Tate, choked her during rough sex and ignored her pleas to stop. She also claimed he threatened to “ruin my life, rape me, and kill me” if she ever betrayed him.
Now, Stern is revealing the dramatic, love-bomb-style poems the disgraced influencer once sent her.
While Tate insisted they only communicate through encrypted apps like Signal and WhatsApp, Stern—ironically—managed to save one of the cringe-worthy poems he allegedly sent her.
They primarily used disappearing messages, believing the feature offered greater privacy.
According to The Times, text messages revealed Tate sharing photos of handwritten notes detailing their relationship.
One particularly awkward poem included the line:
“Across the seas, across the skies, two pookies live with loving ties.”
It continued:
“One in LA, where palm trees sway, the other in Bucharest far away.
Though miles apart, they laugh and play, with calls and texts to fill each day.”
In another overly sentimental message, Tate followed up a love letter with the note: “POOKIE POEM. AND POOKIE FLOWERS.”
Additional screenshots showed him writing, “I’m sad today. and miss pumpkin. pookiepumkinprincess.”
According to Stern, the former kickboxer would message her constantly—day and night. Yet, she said he avoided any affection in public, explaining that he didn’t want “any other man to see him being loving to a woman.”
She also claimed Tate frequently talked about wanting her to have his children in order to “continue the Tate legacy.”
Text messages obtained in the case reveal Tate allegedly telling Stern: “What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat you and impregnate you.” He has also publicly claimed to have up to 10 children with different women.
Stern’s lawsuit includes further disturbing claims, stating that Tate would routinely make violent threats. The filing reads: “If I crossed him, he would ruin my life, rape or kill me.”
Her legal team described the influencer’s behavior as classic “love-bombing,” explaining: “Tate would typically follow his cruelty with words of love. Like many abusers, he would often tell the plaintiff that his outbursts were her own fault.”
In more aggressive messages, Tate allegedly said: “You talk too much whore so I beat you,” followed by, “I will hit you today. But I love you.”
Speaking out after their breakup, Stern shared her experience in a powerful Instagram post, revealing that despite everything, she “still loves him”—a feeling she fears may stem from Stockholm Syndrome.
She recalled his parting words before she left their hotel: “Shut the f— up b—-. You will never talk back to me. You are my property.”
The disgraced influencer, a vocal supporter of Donald Trump, returned to the United States last month after spending years in Romania—first in prison and then under house arrest with his brother, Tristan Tate—on charges related to an alleged international sex trafficking ring.
Stern said it was Tate’s final, demeaning words that made everything “click” for her, finally convincing her that she couldn’t return to the relationship.
“I finally recognized that someone who truly loved me would not say those things to me or hurt me repeatedly the way he did,” she explained.
That moment, she said, made her fully grasp “the gravity of the situation—this wasn’t a joke or an internet persona. This was real.”
Stern and Tate first met in the summer of 2024, while he was still under house arrest in Romania and scouting models for a crypto-related business venture. Their relationship quickly intensified, with Tate referring to her as his “best friend” and discussing plans to move in together and start a family.
But following an alleged assault in March 2025, Stern made the decision to walk away—saying she “wanted better” for both herself and any future children.
Court filings from four women have surfaced, containing disturbing allegations against Andrew Tate, including rape, physical assault, and coercive control. One of the women even claimed that Tate convinced her he had previously killed someone — a tactic she described as part of his psychological manipulation.
Tate has firmly denied all accusations, labeling them as “lies” and a “gross fabrication.”
His attorney, Joseph McBride, echoed that stance, dismissing the allegations and accusing the 29-year-old model of pursuing what he described as a “blatant cash grab.”
