Justin Bieber has officially addressed the swirling speculation that he was one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ victims.
Justin Bieber’s rep told TMZ on Thursday:
“Justin is not one of Sean Combs’ victims.
But others were genuinely harmed by him.”
The rep added:
“Spreading false speculation distracts from the justice those victims deserve.”
Social media users keep digging up old videos of Bieber and Combs.
Clips from over a decade ago raise eyebrows with suggestive and odd behavior.
One 2009 video shows Diddy saying he had “48 hours” alone with 15-year-old Bieber.
He said they were “doing things we can’t really disclose.”
Diddy also claimed he had “legal guardianship of Usher” when he did his first album.
He said he’d go “full. Buck full crazy” with Bieber for two days.
In the video, Bieber jokes, “Let’s go get some girls.”
Diddy responds, “Man after my heart. That’s what I’m talking about.”
In a strange 2011 Jimmy Kimmel Live! interview, Diddy made some unsettling comments about Justin Bieber and their friendship.
Asked about their bond, Diddy said:
“I think that we have become friends in a strange way.”
Bieber joked:
“It’s like Rob & Big,” comparing them to Rob Dyrdek and his bodyguard.
“I’m Big and you’re Rob,” he added.
Diddy praised Bieber, saying:
“He’s like a little brother… not afraid to ask for advice…
He’s genuinely such a nice person besides his talent.”
They laughed and shook hands, but things got weirder.
Kimmel joked:
“Maybe Diddy could buy you a Bentley like he did for his son.”
Bieber replied:
“He got me a Lamborghini… I haven’t gotten it yet though.”
Kimmel pressed him:
“When’s that Lamborghini coming? We talked about this last time.”
Diddy said Bieber had the car and house access for a day or two.
Then he added a veiled warning:
“He knows better than to talk about what he does with big brother Puff on national TV. Everything ain’t for everybody.”
Sources told TMZ the Bieber-Diddy moments were staged and purely “performative.”
They claimed Diddy had no real relationship with Bieber outside connections to his friends, including Diddy’s sons.
They also stressed that Diddy never sexually or otherwise abused Bieber.
Meanwhile, Diddy faces much darker accusations in court.
His ex-girlfriend Cassie, born Casandra Ventura, resumed testimony on May 14.
She described a violent attack at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles on March 5, 2016.
That was just two days before the premiere of her movie The Perfect Match.
Cassie said Diddy punched her in the face, forcing her to wear large sunglasses to hide her bruised eye.
Jurors saw photos of her bruises during the premiere and afterparty, where she stood beside Diddy and Queen Latifah.
In texts shown in court, Cassie pleaded:
“I have a premiere on Monday for the biggest thing of my life.”
Jurors also reviewed March 2016 texts about planning “freak offs” — sex parties Cassie said she was forced into.
She testified Diddy coerced her to sleep with other men while under the influence of drugs.
One video from that same month showed Diddy physically assaulting her.
Cassie told the court she stayed silent out of fear — fear he’d hurt her or leak private videos.
“I can’t carry the shame, the guilt,” she said.
“I was guided to treat people like they were disposable,” according to Sky News.
Combs was arrested in September 2024. He now faces serious charges, including:
Federal prosecutors allege he ran a violent, exploitative operation for 20 years.
They say he abused and coerced victims between 2004 and 2024 to satisfy his sexual desires.
Combs has denied all allegations.
His lawyers claim all encounters were consensual.
In 2023, Cassie sued Combs for physical abuse, sexual assault, and emotional manipulation.
Combs settled for $20 million.
Cassie later said the settlement wasn’t about silence — it was about survival.
“I resolved this matter amicably on terms I could control,” she told CBS News.
Her lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, praised her:
“I’m proud of Ms. Ventura’s courage. She deserves commendation for going public.”
