Holly Madison, Hugh Hefner’s ex, spoke out about the “disgusting” sex acts she was expected to perform at the Playboy Mansion.
Holly Madison, now 45, moved into the Playboy Mansion in 2001 and lived there until 2008.
She started as one of seven girlfriends but became Hugh Hefner’s main partner after most others left.
While the others had separate rooms, Madison moved into Hefner’s bedroom, though all were expected to join him there at times.
On the In Your Dreams podcast, she described the group sex sessions as “disgusting” and said she “hated it.”
She made it clear she felt very differently about private moments compared to those shared with others.
Despite the 57-year age gap, Holly Madison said it didn’t impact intimacy with Hugh Hefner.
“If it was just me and him, it was a lot more normal than you would think,” she explained.
When host Owen Thiele questioned that, Madison pushed back, saying: “Nobody does. I couldn’t post anything without someone commenting, ‘Oh, old balls.’”
She added, “Maybe some people’s balls do get old and nasty, but I’ve never seen such a thing.”
Madison joked they kept the lights off anyway: “There’s a saying — ‘All cats are gray in the dark.’”
Holly Madison shared more disturbing details about life inside the Playboy Mansion, telling People in March:
“They had trays everywhere — bathrooms, tennis courts, poolside — stocked with Kleenex, Pepto Bismol, Vaseline, baby oil, sunscreen. Any kind of makeshift lube. It was weird.”
She said her negative memories stem more from toxic relationship dynamics than the magazine itself.
“I 100 percent enjoyed posing for Playboy. I always wanted to be in it. I even produced pictorials for a while — that part was super fun.”
