Elon Musk reportedly offered Ashley St. Clair millions to keep their son’s paternity under wraps.
The MAGA influencer made headlines on Valentine’s Day when she revealed on X that she and Musk share a son.
Ashley St. Clair, 26, revealed in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that Elon Musk offered her a $15 million one-time payment and $100,000 a month until their child turned 21, in exchange for keeping their son’s paternity private.
However, St. Clair rejected the offer, saying she didn’t want her son to feel like “he’s a secret.”
The influencer, who named her son Romulus St. Clair, shared that Musk’s longtime fixer, Jared Birchall, approached her after the baby was born in September 2024.
According to Ashley St. Clair, Elon Musk’s fixer Jared Birchall pressured her to keep their relationship a secret, offering financial support in exchange for silence. The proposed deal reportedly barred her from ever speaking publicly about Musk — but didn’t stop him from criticizing her.
St. Clair claimed the offer lacked key protections. It didn’t include coverage for security, medical emergencies, or even a trust fund for their son. If Musk died before the child turned 21, there was no life insurance clause either.
She also said the agreement came with a major catch: if she broke the silence, she’d have to repay the entire $15 million.
Earlier this year, St. Clair shocked the public by revealing she gave birth to Musk’s 14th child. When Musk failed to respond publicly, she filed for sole custody in New York Supreme Court. But according to her team, Musk didn’t take that lightly — and fired back swiftly.
Elon Musk has been accused of financially punishing his own child after Ashley St. Clair exposed their secret baby to the world.
Her legal team revealed, “Elon slashed support and retaliated after Ashley took legal action when he ignored multiple private attempts to settle things quietly.”
They claimed Musk tried to silence her too. “He filed an emergency gag order to stop Ashley from speaking out,” the lawyers added. “The judge denied the emergency, but the case is still active.”
St. Clair’s bombshell doesn’t stop there.
Sources say Musk, now father to 14 kids with four women, told her he wants to build a “legion” of children — a nod to ancient Roman military units. He allegedly texted her: “To reach legion-level before the apocalypse, we’ll need to use surrogates.”
And in a wild twist, insiders now allege Musk bought X (formerly Twitter) just to scout for new women to expand his baby army.
Elon Musk, 53, clapped back at the shocking allegations by taking a jab at the Wall Street Journal. Instead of addressing the claims directly, he threw his support behind TMZ — making it clear where his loyalty lies.
